Our staff strength of almost fifty allows us to work cohesively as a close-knit one-team unit. Efficient and nimble, we respond promptly to our clients' requests and questions without the typical red tape and bureaucracy found in larger organisations. We intend to keep our work force compact because being personable and reachable is an important benefit many clients appreciate and find highly useful.

Shirley is the Group Head that supervises the DIMS (Data Integrity Management Services) and Admin teams in Pan Resources. She does regular auditing with both teams to ensure that work is completed within the speculated timeframe as well as staff are adopting the standardized workflow to generate the end results. She interacts frequently with HR personnel in client-companies and also with the underwriting/admin offices in the various companies.

Since joining Pan Resources in Nov 2007, Shirley has acquired in-depth knowledge of the different in-house systems that we used and she is also familiar with the standard workflow practices among various insurance companies.

Prior to joining Pan Resources, Shirley worked 3 years with another insurance broking company in which she has opportunity to service global clients. She has gained experience in the administrative aspect of insurance, ensuring that the service-level-agreement was met.

Shirley obtained her Diploma in Business Information Technology (Majoring in E-business Management) from Singapore Polytechnic. She has also completed all the Life-Insurance exams held by Singapore College of Insurance.
