Priscillia is the deputy to the Head of Client Care, Mrs Pat Toh. Her core tasks encompass fast, accurate and on-time response to corporate clients, including both the HR users and the employees of the client-companies. As critical support staff to Mrs Pat Toh, Priscillia conducts presentations at client-premises, and liaises with the HR client-users in the fine-tuning of all details, ensuring that communication channels between Pan Group and the client-company are in place. She also plays the important role of checking and ensuring accuracy and completeness in policy documents issued by the insurance companies before they are forwarded to clients for their record-retention.

Prior to joining Pan Resources, Priscillia worked with three other insurance brokers over a period of nine years where she serviced the General Insurance requirements of many home-grown enterprises and foreign multinationals across a wide spectrum of industries, notably the leisure/recreational, freight-forwarding, and technology sectors. Priscillia’s area of expertise includes Marine Insurance, Trade Credit Insurance and group insurance related to employees.

Priscillia has the Certificate of General Insurance and the Certificate of Health insurance from the Singapore College of Insurance.
