A seasoned businesswoman, Pat used to manage her own trading and retailing company. Her wealth of experience in the business world makes her the ideal Head of Client Care, being able to fully understand the insurance needs of clients and thus capable of offering perceptive and relevant insurance advice.

As Head of Client Care, Pat leads a service team that is dedicated to knowing our clients in the most engaging way ensuring their needs are addressed promptly. Her example of service excellence to clients is a benchmark for her team and her supervision ensures that only the best service is provided to clients.

Being a keen volunteer in community service for many years, her public-spirited nature has won her the accolade of the President's National Day Award in 1994. Her passion for serving the community extends to her work, and clients can be assured of her dedication, reliability and responsibility in her service.

Pat has a Diploma in Marketing, a Diploma in Life Insurance, Diploma in General Insurance and a Diploma in Financial Services (General Insurance). She is also a Senior Associate of the Australian & New Zealand Institute of Insurance & Finance.
