Jez is one of the 2 Senior Associates in the marketing-support role. She regularly visits clients and prospects together with the CEO, Mrs Young King Chew, assists in the gathering of data/statistics, and prepares re-marketing materials for various insurance companies to work on their competitive bids. She interacts frequently with the HR personnel in client-companies and also with the marketing and underwriting officers in the various insurance companies.

Since joining Pan Resources in March 2000, Jez has acquired in-depth and specialised knowledge of the different Employee Insurance plans offered by various insurance providers in Singapore. She is especially familiar with the requirements of MNCs in the financial services and technology sectors.

Prior to joining Pan Resources, Jez worked two years with another insurance broking company in which she had the opportunity to service regional and local clients. She gained experience in both Life and General insurance products, with Marine Insurance being the core item in the General category.

Jez obtained her Bachelor Degree in Arts (Risk Management) from Glasgow Caledonian University in Scotland and possesses a Diploma in Risk & Insurance Management from Nanyang Polytechnic and a Diploma in Financial Services (General Insurance) from the Australian & New Zealand Institute of Insurance & Finance.
