Our staff strength of almost fifty allows us to work cohesively as a close-knit one-team unit. Efficient and nimble, we respond promptly to our clients' requests and questions without the typical red tape and bureaucracy found in larger organisations. We intend to keep our work force compact because being personable and reachable is an important benefit many clients appreciate and find highly useful.

Pan Resources Pte Ltd was set up in 1993 by Mrs. Young to provide a one-stop professional insurance service centre to meet all the insurance needs of corporations. Collectively they are marketed under the brand-name of Pan Group.

Mrs. Young started her career in The Monetary Authority of Singapore where she worked for eight years. During this period, she was involved in the supervision of a group of banks and finance companies including on-site examination and review of findings with the senior management of the institutions concerned.

Thereafter, she worked in the provider side of the financial services sector for 21 years and was involved in setting up and heading various departments like operations, credit, and marketing in a full service bank and an off-shore bank. She also headed the private banking activities of two major UK banks before she created Pan Group.

Mrs. Young holds a Bachelor Degree in Accountancy from the University of Singapore; a Diploma in Life Insurance and a Diploma in General Insurance from the Singapore College of Insurance, and is a recognised CPA with the Singapore Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
